The move to the new servers at Rackspace has been completed.

If you are just seeing this message for the first time, we decided to move to Rackspace servers due to their reputation of providing 100% uptime. Please do not contact Rackspace directly, they are only providing servers and server management at this time.

If your website is not showing up. Please send a request through the support page and we will get it set up for you within 24 hours.

The cause for this may be one of several possible issues.

1. The website may have been pointing to the server using an ip address rather than name servers. We simply need to update the ip address for your domain name.

2. The website may have been hosted with us under a reseller account. We no longer offer reseller hosting, however we can still provide hosting for you.

3. The website accounting information was missing. In this case, we will simply enter you in as a new customer.

Note: Hosting fees have increased due to our additional cost to host websites at Rackspace. The new hosting fees are $15 and $25 monthly.
